Pros

ISR HR and the recruiters are all awesome and very helpful Good commission structure A lot of places to eat

Cons

Not sure where to start here. Upper management is incompetent. They change their minds every 5 mins about policies and procedures. They also don't know basic knowledge or protocols of their own company. I watched multiple recruiters have to explain to upper management how to do something I learned on my first day. The "training program" or the lack there of is you getting thrown into recruiting after two days and have the recruiters train you as you go and upper management contributes nothing. Don't let the website fool you none of the other branches exist expect for one. There is no job security there you could be fired any day or have your position changed without warning. Upper Management is shady and never fully Communicates with the recruiters. They'll go behind your back and act as if it never happened. Also they push you to fill jobs that usually never end up starting or aren't what they said they were. Also upper management doesn't know how to manage to expect to be dealing with people you probably know more than. They will also have random outbursts and say innapropriate things that make entire office become uncomfortably quiet. They will also keep you late because the President gets upset that people want to have a life and the upper management "doesn't want to hear it".

Rightech is in the business of providing gainful employment for our employees, as well as creating value and competitive advantages for our clients, for more than 21 years now. With this our 22nd year poised to be one of our best years yet in terms of the number of people we employ and customers we serve, time has proven the worth of our company and the executive team that directs it. Rightech prefers, wherever possible, to build its internal team with entry level employees and promote from within to fill the more senior positions. We provide an opportunity for these entry level employees to build a career in what we consider a very exciting and lucrative industry. Unfortunately, not every opportunity we try to create works out in the end. We are a people company, and we pride ourselves on the integrity we bring to the relationships that we build – both with our clients and with our employees. We do not go around using the internet as a playground to spread untruths and innuendos for our own personal agenda. The simple truth is that our employees come to work every day because they make a conscious choice to be here – because they recognize the opportunities we provide and they want to take advantage of them. No one comes to work because they are afraid of losing their pay check. Not in this economy. And no one certainly comes to work to make disparaging comments about other employees. This is a place of business, not a school yard. Our employees would not tolerate such behavior and neither would management. They are here to build a career and to make more money than they might otherwise make in alternate industries.

Pros

The recruiters, account managers, and back office are incredible people.

Cons

830-6 schedule, and no matter what you’re working 24/7. There’s no true training. There’s ruling by fear and making new employees scared they will lose their jobs unless they figure out the (constantly changing) practices. The CEO will play the nice guy and then randomly scream at his employees which literally ruins everyone’s mood and makes the work place feel truly draining. I’ve seen multiple good people leave because they couldn’t deal with the negativity. This company has only been around so long because the employees work around the clock to keep it afloat. Like I said, you’ll work with really great people that will help you as much as they can, but that can only help you so much. Write everything down because there are changes literally every. Single. Week. There’s so many meetings that the word micro management is redefined. Read the reviews and actually take constructive criticism.

At Rightech our most important asset is our employees. We are proud of them, we protect them, and we nurture their professional growth and earning capabilities. After all, we would not have a company without them. With regards to training employees for our production team, there are certain prerequisites that new employees must have, discussed in the interview process, for which Rightech cannot train and are critical for success. For example, you have to be a people person – meaning you have to be able to connect with and talk to people. You also need to be able to analyze situations and provide creative solutions in real time – meaning you have to be able to think on your feet. The procedural stuff we can train on, but if you were less than truthful on the interview process and you do not have the prerequisite skillset, then no amount of training is going to make you successful. Not every job is for everybody. That does not make you a bad person or Rightech a bad company, it just makes the relationship a wrong fit.
