830-6 schedule, and no matter what you’re working 24/7. There’s no true training. There’s ruling by fear and making new employees scared they will lose their jobs unless they figure out the (constantly changing) practices.
The CEO will play the nice guy and then randomly scream at his employees which literally ruins everyone’s mood and makes the work place feel truly draining.
I’ve seen multiple good people leave because they couldn’t deal with the negativity. This company has only been around so long because the employees work around the clock to keep it afloat. Like I said, you’ll work with really great people that will help you as much as they can, but that can only help you so much.
Write everything down because there are changes literally every. Single. Week.
There’s so many meetings that the word micro management is redefined. Read the reviews and actually take constructive criticism.
