A small production error led to a potential law suit against myself, including casual death threats. Also constant monitoring of your work station & emails is very normal and accepted, not occasional, but everyday. The reason I am writing this is because in my month's notice of leave, an unauthorised deduction of £605 (from half a months work) was deducted. I was 3 hours in total late because of train delays, but they threw their toys out the pram when I gave my notice of leave. If you are an experienced engineer, you don't need to work here.
