Pros
The management team is super helpful and understanding, which helps create a good work life balance, as they will work with me if I need to come late because I had to bring my dog to the vet, etc. I always feel welcomed and respected when I am at work. I also love the company's focus on educating the community about the benefits of working in the trucking industry.
Cons
The culture of the company took a hit when things closed down with covid, but I am proud that, in my 10 months working for rihm, that I've already been able to see the strong, welcoming, company culture coming back.
