Coworkers were amazing and supportive Cross collaboration between departments was incredible and loved the customers I served. Great benefits and was a commission structure for renewals
Cons
The company I joined and the reality I faced were night and day. Picture gaslighting from upper management, being blamed for internal issues that the leaders turned a blind eye to. Everyone was stressed out after massive layoffs and the front line folks were blamed (when their managers were the ones to be culled). Chaos ensued, people were scared and overwhelmed. We were told that we would not be doing more work because of the layoffs and that was simply not true. It hurt to see the mistreatment of employees. I swear to goodness internal surveys from staff and the shared results about the state of the culture were fabricated to make the company look better than in was.
