Disheartening Work Environment - Customer Service Riipen Employee Review

The work was easy and supervisor helped me throughout my work.

The paycheck took a while to come.

It’s a pretty diverse company, which is nice to see. The pay is strong. Remote first company. Most people are pretty cool.

Where to begin: There’s always a “pivot” or the need to live in ambiguity. Often times, decisions are made and then changed, and changed again. Unfortunately, this is the life of a start-up company that is VC backed and an industry facing severe headwinds. There’s no professional development. Also, the company has had two layoffs within a year’s span. Tread with caution.
