Pros
I've worked at Riithink for about a year and a half now, and I can't say enough about how much I love working here. When I was first hired at Riithink, I really appreciated how much they invested in me. I was upfront that I didn't have all the skills they were looking for and was assured that they would teach me everything I needed to know. That was something I hadn't experienced before, and it immediately set the tone for how the rest of my time would be at the company. This role has sort of ticked all the boxes to me in what an "ideal job" looks like: welcoming environment, friendly coworkers, work/life balance, not being micromanaged, having autonomy over my work, caring upper management, being valued and appreciated, being invested in from the jump, the list goes on. And as someone who has worked at agencies in the past, a list like this is VERY hard to come by. And all of this motivates me to put my best foot forward and deliver quality work for all my clients.
I often tell my friends that I want to work at Riithink as long as I possibly can. It really has everything one could want in terms of job satisfaction, and I'm very grateful that I found this company a year and a half ago. Here's to hopefully many more years at Riithink!
Cons
There isn't a ton of room for career growth "up the ladder" so to speak, unless the company has some sort of really rapid expansion. It's more of a flat hierarchy, but that's something that actually worked for me.
And that we haven't had a company-wide retreat yet!!
