Good Pay. Union Job. The rates are set so you can't u know how much you will be paid over time.
Cons
Management is terrible. Old equipment. Management treats its employees bad. Forced Overtime. No sick time and you only get one pto day and 3 unpaid per year. They make you take your 2 week vacation when the plant shuts down.
