+ Great support from English-speaking admin staff, friendly yet professional Program Managers, and great colleagues! + Well-designed program that makes teaching as easy as possible. + Opportunities to develop as a professional through either external part-time work or the time to pursue higher education. + Long vacations (e.g. Spring, Summer, Winter breaks).
Cons
- Must work six days a week (not full weekend). - Like many companies, can be a bit strict with rules, and seem to value protecting its own reputation than defending employees of the university.
