      Some of the smartest hardest working people in the biz. I work my butt off here every single day. Work 6 days a week because I love it. Their Motto is 24/7

      Pros

      Great Team, No ceiling for pay , great support and leadership. My friends and family have written policies through Rillhurst employees and have had nothing but positive experiences . Agents are accessible and knowledgable and gave the best advice.

      Cons

      Agents have commission based pay. You have to work hard to be successful in the business.
