1. Very hectic and worst work life balance, 2. Long hours without overtime pay, 3. Inconsistent HR rules and untrusty HR, 4. Undefined roles and responsibilities, 5. No clear direction from managers, 6. Low pay for expats (when to their home countries) 7. Basically company needs people who work day and night without having life outside work.
