Pros

Work/Life balance is great and the culture is relaxed. Most people are friendly and willing to assist when they can. The vision is there for bridging the technology and company for the future. Need to exicute.

Cons

Weak management at the sr level and communication is not clear. Legacy personnel in many positions need to be top graded to assist this company to get to the next level. Comp packages are around the 50% mark for similar positions in the MSP market, you get what you pay for. Also need to invest some money in HQ building, as it's old, dirty, and has no character.

Pros

The working environment was a positive one that fostered growth and teamwork. While individual achievement was strongly encouraged, the interconnected nature of the multiple levels of the organization reigned supreme. I've never worked with a more intelligent, competent executive corps.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that the space in which the company operates is a fairly small space and one that isn't necessarily an exciting one. However, the company is aggressive in pursuing contemporary solutions and innovative processes.

Pros

Rimage has been doing the same thing for thirty years and, despite the market declining, they continue to get good results out of what they've got. Solid job, nice people.

Cons

I worked in marketing and there was not a lot of innovation in terms of how they presented themselves to the world, they're set in their ways and that's how they like it. In terms of office space and corporate culture they have a few get-togethers (mostly based around cake) but that's about it.
