If you do a good job they don't bother you and let you do your job. If you are in upper management the pay is pretty good. They appreciate what you do for them. There are a few great employees in the business office that are a great to work with!!
Cons
Entry level positions are low paying. They have several employees that do as little as possible and I'm amazed they are still employed. But when the employment rate is so low you don't have a lot to chose from.
