Pros
There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Very positive, respectful, and encouraging work environment. As employees, we feel heard. The leadership team really seems to care about employees and takes their and clients' feedback constructively. Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. Rimsys does fun and interesting things, such as hackathons and birthday PTOs. Most importantly, have a diverse work culture.
Cons
It's hard to list the cons because I genuinely enjoy working with the company. We are streamlining the process, as every startup does, so there will be some new changes and tools. I take that as a positive way of learning and exploring. However, it is not for those who are unable to adapt to change or who refuse to leave their comfort zone.
