      Basically almost day one insurance

      Everything else bad management, if they don’t like you they will not train you properly, and make you run test even though you don’t know how

      A lot of overtime and company truck was provided

      Cons

      The hours for example I would have to wake up at 2:00am or even 3am to be at the job sites ready to inspect the rebar and take my concrete samples.
