Some managers get away with doing little to nothing while other lower level employees are expected to pick up all that slack for weak compensation and worse insurance coverage that doesn't actually work when attempting to get medical assistance, . No room for growth unless your part of the inner-family tight knit nepotism circle that runs the company.
