Pros

We have decent snacks in the office.

Cons

People have been getting laid off left and right. It's hard to concentrate over the sounds of people typing their resumes. Rinse seems to value hiring the least expensive, least qualified people they can find, rather than hiring experienced people that can help the company succeed.

Restructuring is never easy and the recent decision to reduce the headcount of our Los Angeles Team was made very carefully. Although the recent changes were hard decisions to make, we do believe these changes will enable the company to double down on our product vision, which is what we need to deliver a consumer product experience to our LA customers.

Pros

There were no pros to this job

Cons

I signed up to be a “valet” with Rinse in San Francisco and they kept cancelling my orientation and training shift citing issues with their warehouse and staffing. Every time the next soonest available training wasn’t for another week, and then they would inevitably cancel on me again 2-3 hours before the start of my shift. Huge waste of time and energy, half the time their “support” never even responds to texts.
