      Pros

      Great work to improve my knowledge, super motivational mission, amazing multicultural organization, work experience with champions and talent people.

      Cons

      The main challenges was the last year for the Games, the Committee increase a lot the number of collaborators, the Games was approaching, everyone was excited and some times made freak out.! It was important to be proactive about keeping the lines of communication open.

      Pros

      International experience, multicultural environment, a "must-do-no-matter-what" environment, "will-over-the-skill" general attitude.

      Cons

      I am not sure I would be able to list any cons (except the occasional high anxiety that comes with the job description).

      Pros

      The global reach of the job. The social impact of it in the city and the fun it is to be part of this project.

      Cons

      Short term job. Company that will last up to 2017 and the wrong correlation that people do with the public actions.
