Pros

Nothing… Nothing… Nothing… I didn’t found any pros here.

Cons

If you are looking for a healthy work-life balance, then this company may not be the right choice for you. They are not paying salaries on time, and they are not paying PF on time either. For the PF issue, they are only extending the dates instead of solving the issue. Every member of higher management only gives too much work pressure. Salary hikes have not been done for the last two years. If you see reviews mentioning positive salary hikes, that has not been my experience. Only the members who have served 8 to 10 years here are happy, and their only motto is to get work done from every team member. Even if you give your 4 years of loyalty here, they will say you lack skills. The HR culture is the worst. They are only here to apply new rules that are unfavorable to employees, and if you raise anything to them, they will not reply. They apply rules that only favour the employer, not the employees, and without prior notice they implement those rules.

Pros

The company has a very friendly and collaborative work culture, almost like a close-knit college environment where everyone is approachable and supportive. The management is understanding and encourages a positive atmosphere. Managers are also very supportive and always ready to guide and help whenever needed, which makes it a great place to learn and grow.

Cons

Always have pros and cons we need to look at it as positive learning experience itself
