manager working remote in US doesn't have much experience on system/implementation, but understandable because it's hard to find engineer/manager with good knowledge and skill-set. no-benefit & very small stock option, no-future for employees

Sometimes you have to synchronize with colleagues overseas so your day might start and end late. The pressure of working in a semiconductor startup might be overwhelming, as in many semiconductor startups, workload ramps up very quickly before tapeouts and afterwards you will almost be almost free. So there's no constant workload over the entire year.
