Was completely ghosted after I was sent a job offer. After 4 rounds of interviews, time, energy, and money going into the city to do interviews I was ghosted during the negotiation process. It’s perfectly understandable if people decide to move in different directions but you should have the decently to tell people. We settled on a base salary and I asked a question about benefits here and was completely ghosted. I reached out multiple times it’s been weeks and I’ve received no reply.
