Pros

The company gives people from IIT and IIM a decent pay. That is it. That is the only pro and nothing else. Mark my words, nothing else. The company is surviving only because of the Chief Business Officer - Arunabh Biyani who is the most polite guy and brings deals.

Cons

The work is not true AI or ML. They fake work for every client. They apply basic analytics and call it state of the art AI technology. The Chief Analytics Officer - Navneet Singh doesn't even have an idea of Deep learning, but this isn't the problem as he is utterly rude and will smack at you whenever he feels without any reason. The CEO tends to show sympathy to some as if he cares but it's all fake. Ask the HR for the attrition rate, you'll be amazed to see the figures. The leave policy is so strict and on top of that they make faces whenever you ask for a leave. They make the DS/ML guys do all the client handling and stuff. This firm is a copy of top consulting firms just that it is restricted to analytics use cases and extremely sucking work culture. The people are not professional and they tolerate and speak all kinds of abusive languages. Also, this is no more a hybrid role. It is all days in office

Pros

I have gained a lot of learning from the team in the past 8 months, They hire people from good institutes who have a lot of value to give. The Management has clear objectives when it comes to the product. The management puts in a lot of efforts themselves, they put in more hardwork than they expect from their employees Rewarding work, direct client engagement, company doesnt cut costs on quality. Too much travel (con if youre uncomfortable with travel)

Cons

No WFH Policy There are very limited extra benefits apart from the salary. They dont like to take advice/suggestions for betterment Should provide better food, Gym memberships etc. (not a complain but a suggestion) only 12 paid leaves/year
