Pros
Ripple is a relatively small IT company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with a few support people in other states. They're a results-only work environment company, meaning that things like start time, sick days, and hours worked aren't tracked. Instead, employees are expected to manage themselves and work with others on their team to accomplish their work on-time. This is great for people who are self-starters and can prioritize tasks without a ton of instruction. It allows for an amazing work-life balance, so long as you're the kind of person who doesn't require an assigned taskmaster in order to do your job.
Cons
The ROWE experience can be a bit of a shock to people who are used to a corporate environment where they have clear goals and projects laid out for them. Those who aren't suited for a results-only company won't last long at Ripple. I'd also say that communication between employees and teams could be improved a bit, as it could be anywhere, but there's no real cons to being a Rippler.
