      Less than market competitive salaries Management constantly pressures employees even when project deadlines are not tight No work life balance No job security. Company maintains that it can terminate employee without prior notice They even didn't pay a month salaries of a few employees. When those employees keep on asking for their salaries, they tried to threaten them with false charges in court cases

      - Below market salaries - No benefits(medical, PF, bonuses) - CEO thinks he is doing favour on employees by giving them salaries - CEO should just be a MEP contractor and not CEO of a modern software company. - They haven't given due salaries to a few of their ex employees. When one of them pushed aggressively, company threatened him with police case and he had to back off. - they use different harassment tactics to pressure employee to not pursue their due rights.

      1- Politics supported by upper management to get things done in their favour 2- The most classless CEO you will come across ever 3- No bonuses and PF 4- No medical facilities
