Pros

- friendly coworkers - pleasant, modern office environment

Cons

- poor work / life balance (potential for frequent out of hours support and overtime). - inconsitant programming standards; - lack of an proper understanding of "agile" process (i.e. standups can go on for too long and often include unecessary personel); - uncertainty post IDOX purchase as to where responsibilities lie; - uncertainty post IDOX purchase as to the future success of the company; - poor resource management; - policy of account management to lie to clients regarding work being done, and resources available; - placing certain clients above others to the detriment of delivering work on time. - lack of forward planning when it comes to filling vacant positions; - blame culture.

Pros

- friendly coworkers - good work/life balance - interesting projects - high programming standards (Continuous Integration, code reviews, automated deployment) - clear company structure (junior/mid/senior titles, team leaders, etc.)

Cons

- bad resources management - a lot of bad changes made by IDOX - many good developers left because of them - hiring contractors who don't care about code quality and team work
