While working there I learned a lot about fabrics. Leadership team was open to new ideas and eager to make employees happy.

I have no cons at this time.

Flexibility is the only pro of working here. The team is close and easy to foster relationships with other employees. It's easy to get by with minimal effort.

The pay is sub-par. They will pay someone new with less work experience and education than the current employees who have been there longer.
