Pros
Riptide software is an exciting place work. There are a plethora of technologies to get into and riptide always seems to be on the bleeding edge. When it comes to the commercial side most projects run on AWS infrastructure this adds an incredible detention of productivity and innovation.
Cons
Riptide is stacked with developers but limited on project managers so at times the requirements are vague and projects can quickly shift directions without shifting the timeline, but this issue resolves itself since most employees are hourly, so at the end you will get paid.
