      Pros

      Helping differently-able adults with variety of personalities. Most are friendly staff.

      Cons

      Certain management lacks Current Activities coordinator acts like they take your ideas into consideration but then trashes them and replaces with Activities that the person served has no interest in because it is what she wants us to do not what they want to do.

      Pros

      Rise takes great care of its employees and always listens to any feedback employees give. It is very fulfilling work with fantastic benefits.

      There are not many cons to working for Rise.
