      Pros

      Any outdoorsmen or sportsmen would truly enjoy the machines, parts, and weapons built by this company. Compensation makes up for some working conditions.

      Cons

      The management needs to take a class on leadership management and/or communication skills. I've never previously worked a job where I felt so disconnected from the inner circles of the company.

      Pros

      Culture and management team make work enjoyable. The experience starts with seeing how the management team treats their own job and it will drive you to work harder for them.

      Cons

      The air conditioning was broken for the first six months on the job, and the heat of the machines was pretty unbearable.

      Pay, friendly when they need you.

      Cons

      Hours, very short sighted, as soon as things start going smoothly, they cut the better paid, knowledge staff. Which leads to chaos.
