      Pros

      Rise Up takes the time to recognize hard working individuals. I was promoted after 1.5 years and now manage my own team. The Rise Up team is full of wonderful people who are always ready to help each other. I feel really lucky to have found Rise Up and it feels great to grow with the company. Working with an awesome product that helps people is also a huge plus :D

      Cons

      We are growing quickly so we do need to switch offices a lot.
