Everything you have read online is 100% true. The company was only built to make a quick profit, absolutely nothing until very recently has been laid out for the long term. The company is staying afloat only by personal investments from our new CEO. There is absolutely no culture. Rooms are dark and dreary, and often silent. HR actively avoids talking to anyone, doors closed, with a rude and standoffish personality, unless it's absolutely necessary. Everyone knows and is aware of the unique situation this company is in, and some take advantage of this fact... every new project feels like a constant scramble to make things work out and pray things end up alright in the end.
