Believe me its nothing as after taking interview they are not ready to pay so how come I can put any pros on it.
Cons
Interviews were accepted, but corresponding payments have not been received. A sudden drop in the total account balance without any prior notice or explanation. No notification or communication about the deductions. No actions were taken from my side that would justify the deductions. Lack of transparency around payment adjustments. Missing breakdown of changes made to the account. No clarity on the current pending payout amount.
