      Good pay and benefits if it’s worth having your soup sucked out of you

      Toxic corporate culture has seeped into all clubs. Ruining not only the member experience but also sucking the soul out of instructors. If you love teaching pilates teach anywhere but for Riser Fit

      Can be easy at times and the members are mostly awesome

      Cons

      Lack of clarity on commissions up front or anywhere?? Scheduling sucks- you can request days off in the app but apparently doesn’t show up and you are expected to find a replacement in those instances. Rude.
