Pros

There is not a single pro for this company. They are garbage. Do not work here and do not even bother to interview. Multi-level Marketing Scheme

Cons

Everything about this company. Red Flag #1 -- They lie about the positions. The one you are interviewing for probably does not exist. Red Flag #2 --- They lie about the salary. What they told you is not true. I bet they will tell you the starting is 45k. It's not. Avoid. Red Flag #3 --- When you interview, they will spew information at you rapidly so you don't have time to process or ask questions because it is so much at once (a classic MLM move.) Red Flag #4 --- barely any of the employees exist on LinkedIn. Also, when I interviewed, everyone looked like they were under the age of 25. Even my parents were really sussed out by the "Our Team" page cause everyone looks like a child. If you find any of the our team people on linkedin, they don't even have legit profiles. Red Flag #5 --- when you get phone calls from this company, they all come from personal numbers from across the USA. That is really weird and unprofessional. Anyways, clearly this company is trying to do damage control, as I saw their ridiculous responses to google reviews and they had an employee post on here to make themselves look better. I bet by the time you read this, they will have asked their employees to fix their LinkedIn accounts. Just a guess (lol)

Pros

There are none other than the people there are nice to you and get your hopes up for success when you first start.

Cons

For starters, I knew this place had to be a scam when my partner first mentioned their interview with this company. It sounded like a pyramid scheme from the get-go. They looped him in saying it was gonna be a set wage PLUS commissions. Commission. That they take out of the money that's DONATED. There are people in this company that have only been with the company for 6 months and are supposedly Directors and have their own branches already? And as soon as they feel they won't be able to manipulate their workers or that the worker isn't making enough money for them, they start purposely placing these people in areas that are notorious for low income, so that you'll hardly make anything in donations. But, hey, there's a pizza party every week! In two weeks over 10 people quit because of this behaviour. And when someone quits to find a better opportunity, they tell them "We needed to have a talk anyways, because this job isn't for you at all, you're not doing good". Not to mention, you're out there in unsafe weather every single day 5-6 days a week for over 12 hours. They don't care about the staff, and they're terrible people. This is all one giant scam and I'll be filing with the Attorney General about this company with multiple employee statements.
