Three underwriters have departed in the past 5 months. It continues to be a broken record for RAS. They turn over their underwriting staff every couple of years. It’s been this way the past several years, quite a revolving door. It’s a pretty sad state of affairs when the most tenured underwriter has been there barely over two years. The only constant is poor management. The underwriters wrongly get blamed for everything by UW management, and the ownership and HR has bought into this for years. Until they figure out the problem is not the underwriting staff, but the management - nothing will ever change.
