RMAS is a place where you can build your career and gain relevant experience to accounting/auditing within the Federal space. I have been working here for just over a year myself and I have been able to grow within my field. From the top down, management cares for it's employees and does the best to treat them well. RMAS is a work in progress and is going through some growing pains, but I have been happy overall working for the firm.
