Pros

A solid staff of younger hard working admin and engineers. Easy to get along with.

Cons

Absolutely horrible management at the top. Owner is an exceptionally poor communicator and lacks the proper leadership skills to get the best out of his staff, very condescending to his staff, particularly to those who are admin, does not trust his employees and talks poorly about them behind their backs, only cares about project work and if there is no work, will fire staff. As the owner of the company, does not take responsibility for his own failures and blames others for his own mistakes. Very poor social skills. Very poor handling of the pandemic: forced entire staff back into the office while the epidemic continued to spread, endangering the entire staff and pressured those who where uncomfortable with returning to the office to return or lose their job. Claimed they were essential workers though they are consultants. Very unprofessional owner.

Cons

This company has the potential to do great things, but unfortunately, it is run in a way that drains the very people who make it possible. The CEO in particular takes advantage of young, eager, and intelligent employees by exploiting their drive and passion while giving very little in return. Instead of fostering growth, the leadership style is designed to break down confidence, wear people out, and push them past their limits without fair recognition or support. The result is a culture where bright talent comes in with hope and ambition, only to leave disillusioned and burned out. Innovation is stifled, morale is consistently low, and turnover is extremely high. If you’re early in your career and value your well-being, I strongly recommend thinking twice before joining.
