I really enjoy my time in RiskVal. The company focus on work/life balance culcture. Management never asked anyone to work overtime. During the pandemic, company immediately made decision to engage work from home, and provide $500 allowance to each employee to purchase any necessary item to build home office. Our CEO also ordered masks for every employee. I can't say enough how thankful everyone feel. Due to the nature of RiskVal business, our clients are all traders or portfolio managers, The company is 100% engaged to meet client's expectation, The company has weekly release, which makes RiskVal probably one of the FinTech companies who can achieve this goal, such that RiskVal has gain the trust from all clients. We rarely has client turned over. This is an amazing business model. I have learned so much from management team.
Cons
I can't think of anything negative for now. I want to thank people who mentored me and taught me all the fixed income trading business. I also want to thank all the people in RiskVal for always kind to me.
