We believe in transparency and want to address your points directly as they relate to who we are today. While we are proud of our 32-year history, we recognize that during your tenure, we were in a significant period of transition. At that time, we lacked the refined systems and training required to effectively scale a virtual sales team. Since then, we have taken a hard look at our operations and made a "180-degree turn" to ensure we are building a world-class environment for our people. Here is how we have evolved GTM Strategy & Offer: We have completely overhauled our Go-To-Market strategy. Our offer is now clear and concise, backed by data-driven sales processes and cadences that guide our team from onboarding to their first close. A "1% Better" Culture: We’ve moved to a flat organizational structure where the best ideas win, regardless of source. We now utilize a "1% Channel" where the entire team reviews their weekly wins and areas for improvement, fostering a culture of mutual support and constant growth. Top-Tier Benefits: We believe a healthy team environment is just as important as client results. To ensure our team members are taken care of for their future, we recently implemented a 10% RRSP contribution (no match required)—a benefit we believe is among the most competitive in Canada.
