      A great hybrid working environment which is further aided by an unlimited number of leave days. You simply need to be productive and produce great work.

      Cons

      The pay packet is not as competitive as the banking space.

      Pros

      Thoroughly enjoy the culture and the flexibility that Riskworx provides. The people are great and supportive with a fun yet productive office environment. The company invests in their people and their experiences and organises a lot of team events. Supports further learning/certificates.

      Cons

      Doesn't have global offices for long term moves however does allow remote working temporarily.
