      Pros

      Better starting pay than flipping burgers. Company sponsored events - Kennywood, fishing trip, golf outing, Christmas party A good starter job with a lot of skills training. They treat you best your first year here.

      Cons

      Unorganized, stressful work environment. Chaotic management with confusing direction. The owner flips out publicly a lot. Often hostile work environment. Long term employees are miserable and beaten down.

      Pros

      New senior management is taking the company to the next generation in technology. Excellent leadership and continuing education environment. Family owned and very rewarding place to work.

      Cons

      The older generation is constantly at odds with the new technology coming in, which makes the job harder. Office staff are often overloaded as a result.
