      Pros

      Small company making a large impact for naval applications, focused work, high visibility, and interesting projects. Fantastic company culture with many events, and a great sense of community.

      Cons

      Lack of focus and communication from management. Not supported upon moving on from internship to full time. Manager did not communicate my resignation properly throughout the company

      good flexibility, or there was, many things up in the air now

      Cons

      disconnect between on-site contractors and offices/management. most meetings and "one of the few" events focused on main office locations and schedules, often with seemingly little consideration for those remote or on-site.
