Pros
Remote work, and they do offer benefits in general, which they are required to do.
Cons
Abysmal pay, very rare promotions/raises, expectations and workload increases without incentive, confused and unorganized management, no job security, terrible retention, disrespectful higher ups, cheap insurance carriers, they hired off shore employees and had the US team train them all and then fired majority of the US employees, and much more.
