-Wonderful coworkers and management -Learn niche craft -Interesting customer base -Cute shop dog -Homemade lunch (sometimes)

Cons

-Owners don't listen to or trust departments & demand more than they want to compensate -No health insurance -No vision/dental -No sick leave -Basically no benefits other than PTO, but only for full-time salaried workers -Low wages for highly specialized work -Tense atmosphere -Customers can be rude and entitled -Owners have little sense of priority and often micromanage

Pros

Friendly coworkers with similar interests, average pay. Mostly friendly customers.

Cons

Don't train you properly and then gets mad at you when you are doing things incorrectly. Poor communication between management and employees. Gave little to no time to see your personal improvements. Don't try asking questions because then you'll get looked at like you're speaking a different language. Overall would've loved to stay but needed to prioritize my mental health.
