Pros
“Something I really appreciate here is… 1). Being very Specific about everything. 2). Doesn't Wait for a Quarterly Review. 3). Helping and Supportive people around me to achieve my goals day to day . 4). Focus on Performance, Not Personality 5). Focus on Individual Efforts. My personal suggestion is, this is the best place to enhance your professional/technical career.
Cons
It been Half a year working with Ritwik Family. I really don't find any Cons till date.
