During my temping for Ritz i found them very personable, friendly and always listened to what kind of roles I preferred. There was not a high volume of vacancies but this is because Ritz focuses on quality rather than quantity. They managed to kick start my career change and would not continue placing me somewhere i did not feel comfortable. HELEN MCCAY and JO LEARMONTH were my contacts during that period.
