      Great benefits and good pay

      Cons

      most of the management personnel are externals which aren’t capable of adjusting to NYC laws and policies. If you want to grow up in this company best bet is to transfer to other locations around the world. Scheduling is not as consistent when requesting at least one weekend a month.

      Money is good, patio hours so no late nights lots of potential

      Cons

      Highly toxic work environment. Managers are arrogant, mistreat staff, and completely ignore US labor laws—trying to run the business under Mexico's rules with zero local experience.
