      Pros

      Great atmosphere between colleagues. Lots of work to do, but also lots of fun. It's a great place to work if you really enjoy making other people happy, because here "customer comes first" really counts.

      Cons

      They don't make anyone permanent. So you work one year for them and the next they kick you out.

      Money is good, patio hours so no late nights lots of potential

      Cons

      Highly toxic work environment. Managers are arrogant, mistreat staff, and completely ignore US labor laws—trying to run the business under Mexico's rules with zero local experience.
