When I started there was no working central heating in the middle of winter. No option to work remotely so was freezing in the office. Very cliquey, not very welcoming to newcomers. No cross training so often tasks are only reliant on one person and work not covered whilst not in office. High staff turnover with staff disappearing with no acknowledgement. Don’t have the audacity to go off sick, because they will just pay you off to get rid. No HR department - raised alarm bells for me immediately. No opportunities to progress - favouritism is rife.

The drinks vending machine hot chocolate, which isn't that nice but drinkable.

Minimum wage, hierarchy culture, unfriendly management, filthy warehouse, no annual bonuses, no career prospects, no respect from management, high employee turnover, low standards all round. Please stay well away from this dreadful family business. They are only out for themselves!
