      Pros

      Decent Pay. Some good people left. Remote.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. The company has laid off over 50% of it's workforce in the past 12 months. (Including the CEO, VP Customer Success, VP Sales, VP Client Experience, several SE's, AM's & AE's). All of the products are ancient and no longer effective for HR teams. It seems like they haven't actually updated anything since the company started. (Tremendous lack of innovation). They think changing the name of the company will create some buzz (HA!). Get out while you still can.

      -Company is a Sinking Ship. -Terrible Leadership. -Terrible Product. -Terrible Management. -Dying a Slow Death. -AWFUL CRO -Zero New Customers Every Quarter. -Chief Product Officer Is Awful. -No Chief Marketing Officer. -Zero Brand Awareness. -Zero Inbound Leads. -Worst Company I've ever worked for. -Zero Promise. -Zero Future.
